Shopping at SB Wireless is safe due to our technologically advanced secure server which is protected behind one of the strongest firewalls available today. Every transaction you make is encrypted before transmitted over the Internet. Our merchant protocol utilizes the latest and advanced security technology to make sure your transaction goes through smoothly and securely.

Additionally, the personal information is kept confidential. We do not sell any information gathered on this site to other companies or send unsolicited e-mails to customers.

How do I create an account? How do I get started?

It’s very easy to create your SB Wireless account. Just click on the Login or Register link at the top of our Home page. It will open to a registration page where you simply fill in your contact, billing and shipping information. Then you’re all set! You can also find a Register link at the bottom left of our Home page (under Account Info) as well.

How do I change my email address?

To change your email address, just log in to your existing account. Once logged in, go to "My Account," which you will find at the top and bottom of our Home page. In the "Your E-Mail" section, just type in your new email and click Update Account. That's it! You now have a new email address for your account. (Please note: This now will become the new username for your account as well.) We recommend that you log out and then log back in with your new email address to be sure it works.

How do I change my username?

Your username is the same as your email address. When you change your email address, this will also change your user name.

How do I change my password?

To change your password you must first log in to your existing account. Once logged in click the "My Account" link which appears on both the top and bottom of our Home page. In the "Create a Personal Password" section, simply type in your new password, confirm it by typing it in again in the "Re-Enter Your Password" field and then click Update Account. That’s it! You now have a new password for your account. We recommend that you log out and then log back in with your new password to be sure it works.

What if I forgot my password?

If you forgot your password we can send instructions to reset it to the email address you have registered to your account. To request password recovery instructions, go to Login or My Account on the top of our Home page. Once the page loads you will find the "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?" section. Simply type in your account's email address and click "Request a New Password". You will receive an email with your password within 10 minutes.

Do I need to login to my account every time I make a new purchase?

No. The next time you log in, simply check "Remember Password" right below the password field. Then simply click log in and you’re all set. Now every time you visit our Web site you will be automatically logged in.

What is FREE Shipping?

What shipping carrier(s) do you use to ship out packages?

UPS is our main shipping carrier. However, you are not limited to UPS only and may select different options. We can also ship packages via FedEx, USPS, or DHL. Please note: For carriers other than UPS, we do not provide tracking numbers. To learn more about shipping carrier options, please visit our Shipping Info page.

How long will it take to receive my package?

Depending upon the shipping option you choose will determine approximately when you will receive your package. For example, if you choose standard UPS Ground, your package may arrive typically between 3-7 days, depending on your location. If you choose UPS 2-Day, depending upon your location, your package will arrive within two days after the package has been shipped from our warehouse. Do I get a tracking number of my package every time I make a purchase?

Yes. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the package has been scheduled for delivery. You can also find your tracking number in your Account page under Order/Billing History.

Is my package insured?

Your package will be insured only if you choose our default shipping carrier, UPS. Your packages will NOT be insured if you selected FedEx, USPS, or DHL for your shipping carrier.

My package arrived damaged, what do I do?

If your package arrived damaged, you must contact your chosen shipping carrier to file a claim for any damaged merchandise. SB Wireless holds no responsibility for any packages once they leave our warehouse.

I never received my package, what do I do?

If you received a tracking number via email but the package never arrived at your location, please contact your chosen shipping carrier to file a claim for a lost or stolen package. SB Wireless holds no responsibility for any lost or stolen packages once they leave our warehouse.

Can I track my package directly from SB Wireless?

Not at this time. Once a tracking number has been provided, you must use your chosen shipping carrier to track the package.

What happens if I refuse a package from SB Wireless?

We will credit your account for all refused packages, less a 10% restocking fee. Freight charges and handling fees are not refundable on refused orders.

There is a Backorder status on my shipping. What does that mean?

Backorder means that the item(s) you ordered are out of stock but are expected to arrive at our warehouse within a week or two. Once the merchandise arrives at our warehouse, your item(s) will be shipped out immediately and you will receive a tracking number via email.
