RMA/Return Policy
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by SB Wireless. Please email: returns@sbwireless.com for an RMA number. Product returned without this authorization number will be refused.
- All non-defective returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee within 45 days of purchase. Handling fees and freight charges will NOT be refunded.
- Non-defective product will only be accepted in resalable condition with all original packaging. Do NOT write the RA number on the original package. This will make the product ineligible for resale.
- Defective product can be returned to SB Wireless within 30 days of sale. After 30 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances. Upon receipt of the return, we will credit your account for merchandise costs or exchange the merchandise with the identical product, at our discretion.
- All returns must be returned to SB Wireless freight PREPAID regardless of reason. If a replacement order is sent, it will be shipped without freight expense or a handling fee to you.
- A new PO number is required for replacement orders or per prior arrangements with the SB Wireless. Please clearly mark your email as a "replacement order for PO# xxx".
- Special orders or closeouts are NOT eligible for return. There may also be other items that manufacturers will not allow SB Wireless to return. In this case, they will be noted as "Not returnable to SB Wireless for any reason" on the inventory list.
- Returns will not be accepted 90 days after sale, regardless of reason.
- No call tags will be issued outside the continental U.S., regardless of reason.
