Shipping Info
In Stock items purchased before 2PM (Eastern) will usually leave our warehousethe same business day, however, it may take up to 3 business days upon purchase, depending on shipping choice (for example: items that must go via truck carrier or orders that are placed during holidays). Limited Quantity products are less than 6 in stock and are selling fast. Out of Stock are products that are sold out but might be available in a few days. Please contact us for availability. Products ship the same business day.
- Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
- Orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) standard ground service (or competitive service determined by SB Wireless) unless otherwise requested. Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day delivery can also be selected. Orders will ship FOB Los Angeles, CA
- SB Wireless ships online orders to the United States only. Contact us for international orders.
- Our shipping charges are a combination of zone, weight, and size.
- Freight charges are subject to dimension and oversize carrier freight regulations.
- SB Wireless can ship USPS, FedEx, or DHL but will only do so at your request. Shipments sent via USPS, FedEx, or DHL are uninsured and tracking is not provided. All losses are the customer's sole responsibility.
- SB Wireless reserves the right to ship oversized products via truck lines. Carrier will be chosen by SB Wireless. We will make every effort to notify you of the freight charges for these orders prior to shipping. However, if you do not respond to us within 48 hours of our notification giving us the authorization to ship out the order, we will cancel that order.
- Orders shipped via Truck must be inspected for shipping damage prior to acceptance of the shipment.
- No shipments will be made on any account that has become delinquent.
Backorders/Substitutions:
- Backorders will be shipped automatically upon receipt of goods. SB Wireless may contact you to offer the option to substitute any item on backorder for a comparable item of equal or greater value-unless.
- All orders will ship complete unless otherwise requested.
Refusals:
- You are responsible for all freight charges and return service charges on any refused order. We will credit your account for all merchandise, less a 10% restocking fee.
- Freight charges and handling fees will not be refunded on refused orders.
Damages:
- Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment has been released from SB Wireless.
- You are responsible for making damage claims with the carrier as soon as the damage is detected.
- Please save all packaging – it must be available for inspection by the carrier.
- All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
- No damage claims will be accepted for any reason after 10 days of receipt of goods.
